Registration Deadlines:
- Early Bird registration ends at 23:59 Mountain Time on Sunday, December 15, 2025.
- Regular registration begins at 24:00 Mountain Time on Monday, December 16, 2025.
- Regular registration ends at 23:59 on Monday, February 16, 2026.
- Late / Onsite Registration begins at 24:00 Mountain Time on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Registration Fees:
Registration fees are in CAD and a 5% Goods and Services (GST) tax applies.
Registration for the Full Conference includes access to the plenary and parallel sessions, poster sessions, exhibition area, coffee breaks, and a certificate of attendance. Registration for Single-Day includes access to the plenary and parallel sessions, poster sessions, exhibition area, and a certificate of attendance.
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the completed online registration as well as full payment in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. The online registration can be completed by clicking the button “Complete my registration” at the end of the form. Should a deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically. Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse any registration or close the registration site early.
Delegates wishing to transfer their registration to another person must submit their registration ID along with the name and contact details of their replacement via email (gsb-2026-registration[at]venuewest.com) to the Secretariat no later than 23:59 Mountain Time on Thursday, April 9, 2026. (This policy does not apply to complimentary registrations).
Please be advised that photographs or recorded video will be taken at the conference for use on the Conference website, and in the media, as well as future Conference marketing materials and other publications. By attending the Conference, delegates acknowledge that your photo may be taken and used by conference officials.
Cancellations are permitted until 23:59 Mountain Time on Friday, February 27, 2026. Delegates will receive a full refund less a CAD $50 administrative fee for full Conference cancellations.
Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Secretariat no later than the above date by emailing gsb-2026-registration[at]venuewest.com. If payment was made by bank transfer, or e-Transfer, the email must include all the information and instructions required for the refund to be remitted. Delegates who cancel after the cancellation deadline are ineligible for a refund; however, transfer of registration is permitted until 23:59 Mountain Time on Thursday, April 9, 2026. (This policy does not apply to complimentary registrations).
If the Conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Organizer (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Organizer, the Conference Organizer cannot be held liable by registrants for any costs or losses incurred. Under these circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future Conference, or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the Conference and which could not be recovered from third parties.
