Presenter Instructions
Presenter guidelines will be published here on the conference website.
Oral Presentation Format
Regular oral talks will be 12 minutes in length with 2 minutes for questions at the end. Speakers are required to bring their presentations on a USB to load directly to the in-room laptop. Presentations are to be given in standard 16:9 ratio.
All session rooms will have microphones, screen/projector, and clickers available.
Poster Presentation Format
The maximum size of a poster is 4’ X 3’. If your poster meets the size requirement, it can be either portrait or landscape. Please do not make posters larger than this size and kindly ensure that the posters are printed on a lightweight material. Presenters will be provided with push pins to mount their posters to the boards.
It is required that presenting authors attend their posters during the allocated time, to allow attendees to view your presentation and connect with you.
